How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide for bust/waist/hip measurements in inches and cm. When you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For a made-to-measure fit, just WhatsApp us your measurements.
How should I care for my pieces?
Gentle hand wash separately in cold water, dry in shade, and iron on reverse. We recommend dry cleaning for the first wash, especially for embellished and bridal pieces.
Will the colour or print vary?
Slightly, yes — and that’s the beauty of handcraft. Because every piece is block-printed by hand with natural dyes, tiny variations in colour and print placement are natural signatures, not defects.
What are your shipping timelines?
Ready-to-ship, in-stock pieces can arrive in as little as4 working days, and express shipping delivers in5–7 working days. Made-to-order, hand made styles are crafted in 10–15 working days(bridal and heavy handwork may take a little longer). Full details on our Shipping page.
Do you offer customization or made-to-measure?

What is your return & exchange policy?
Returns and refunds are accepted only for a manufacturing defect, reported within24 hoursof delivery with an unboxing photo or video. Every piece clears three quality checks before dispatch, so that proof is compulsory. We cannot accept a return for fit — our sizes follow the published size chart and each garment carries inside margins for alteration.Sale and “Last Set” pieces are final.Where a defect is verified, the reverse pickup is free; a fee of ₹300–500 applies only if we approve a pickup for any other reason. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major cards, net banking and wallets, plus Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. WhatsApp us before ordering and we’ll arrange international delivery and share charges. Customs/import duties are payable by the customer as per local rules.
