Shipping policy

At Ira By Shivi, we are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or bank holidays.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email and/or SMS.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Timeline: 6–12 working days (approximately) after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Free

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Timeline: 1–4 working days (approximately) after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: ₹500

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD Orders are subject to an additional charge of ₹200.

Order Tracking

You will receive automated SMS and email notifications regarding the status of your order, including dispatch and delivery updates.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Regional restrictions

Delivered but Not Received

If your shipment tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

Unfortunately, after this period, we may be unable to raise an investigation or claim with our courier partners.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs.

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Shipping Liability

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to the courier's operations and service conditions.

Ira By Shivi shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
