Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please note that all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
- Any order-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Alteration Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing concerns. However, in cases of fitting issues, we may offer alterations where applicable.Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and images, and our team will assist you accordingly.
Delivery & Shipping Delays
While we strive to dispatch and deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.Although we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe, we will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Parcel Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.After this period, we may be unable to raise a claim with our courier partners.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at irabyshivi@gmail.com along with:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Description of the issue
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected item.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds. However, eligible products may qualify for an exchange or store credit subject to approval.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- The product must be couriered back within 3 days of receiving approval from our team.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Products showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- We do not provide reverse pickup services.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange request:

- Order Number
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Supporting images (if applicable)

- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping address.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval of the exchange or store credit.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit.
- Store Credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
- Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Any price difference for exchanged products must be paid by the customer.
Right to Refuse Returns
